Level up your career with our Talent Development Program at Beckhoff

Our Talent Development Program (TDP) serves as a foundation to give recent grads all the tools needed to start their career. This intensive six-month program includes two split rotations of training at our U.S. headquarters in the Minneapolis area and field experience at various locations around the country.

Experienced Beckhoff subject matter experts provide learning materials and instruction to use in a range of departments including training, strategic sales, product management, customer service, applications engineering, etc. Outside experts will also offer professional development workshops to help strengthen your business skills. 

​

Participating in this program can lead to full-time roles such as Associate Sales Engineer, Associate Application Engineer, Regional Sales Coordinator, Associate Training Engineer, and Regional Support Engineer. The TDP equips high achievers interested in industrial automation to tackle tough challenges through immersion in real-world applications, customer interaction, industry insights and building a professional network.
